News: Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Prof. Liu’s Research Group

自2015年建组至今，刘组已走过了十个春秋。今天，我们在北京南宫泉都欢聚一堂，共同庆祝这一承前启后的重要时刻

组庆活动于上午正式开始。刘老师在致辞中深情回顾了课题组十年来的发展历程，并对未来的研究方向与目标进行了展望。随后，我们为已毕业的同学们颁发了纪念奖牌，以感谢他们为课题组发展作出的卓越贡献。同学们也向刘老师和张晓彤老师敬献了特别奖杯，感谢两位老师在科研工作和日常运行中的全心付出与坚实保障。颁奖仪式结束后，全体师生合影留念，并一同分享了为本次庆典特别定制的课题组十周年生日蛋糕。

值此十周年之际，我们正式将课题组命名为“金属氢配位化学与催化研究小组”，其英文名称“Laboratory of Metal-Hydride Coordination Chemistry and Catalysis”的缩写“LM-H CCC”，亦巧妙呼应了课题组所聚焦的金属‒配体协同研究主题。

下午的活动中，多位已毕业的师兄师姐带来了精彩的学术报告与职场经验分享，与会同学纷纷表示受益匪浅。

本次十周年组庆活动的圆满成功，离不开刘老师的悉心指导、艾师姐和玉杰师兄的精心组织，以及全体同学的热情投入与协作。

十载春秋，同心砥砺；十年耕耘，硕果盈枝。回首来时路，点滴努力如星光汇聚，终成璀璨星河；展望新征程，朝阳初升，照亮无限可能。

Since its establishment in 2015, the Liu Research Group has traversed a decade of excellence. Today, we gathered here to celebrate this milestone—a moment to honor our past achievements and embrace an inspiring future.

The celebration officially commenced in the morning with a heartfelt speech by Prof. Liu. He reviewed the group’s developmental journey over the past ten years and shared an ambitious vision for our future research directions and goals. Following the remarks, commemorative medals were presented to our alumni in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the group's growth. In turn, students presented special trophies to Prof. Liu and Ms. Zhang Xiaotong, expressing deep gratitude for their selfless dedication to academic guidance and the steadfast support in the group's daily operations. After the ceremony, all faculty and students gathered for a group photo and shared a custom 10th-anniversary cake specially designed for the occasion.

On this auspicious 10th anniversary, we officially named the group the "Laboratory of Metal-Hydride Coordination Chemistry and Catalysis." The abbreviation, "LM-H CCC," artfully echoes our core research focus on Metal-Ligand Cooperation (MLC).

The afternoon session featured a series of insightful academic reports and career sharing by our esteemed alumni. Current students engaged enthusiastically, noting that the experience was profoundly rewarding.

The success of this anniversary celebration was made possible by the meticulous guidance of Prof. Liu, the exceptional organization by Wenying Ai, Yujie Wang, and the enthusiastic participation and collaboration of all group members.

A decade of shared endeavor; ten years of fruitful labor. Looking back, our collective efforts are like starlight gathering into a brilliant galaxy; looking forward to the new journey, the rising sun illuminates a future of infinite possibilities.
