杨杰长聘副教授

研究方向:

1)通过MeV-UED捕捉气相小分子的非绝热动力学过程;2)发展基于MeV-UED的液相样品原子级时空分辨探针,并利用它捕捉溶剂、溶质内的非平衡态结构动力学过程;3)发展基于四波混频或高次谐波的、针对气相有机小分子激发态的时间分辨光电子能谱装置。

    杨杰,1988年8月生于陕西渭南。2010年6月本科毕业于南京大学物理系(导师:祝世宁院士),2016年5月博士毕业于美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校物理与天文系(导师:Martin Centurion教授)。2016年6月加入美国SLAC国家加速器实验室工作,担任实验研究助理(Experimental Research Associate),2018年11月升职为副研究员(Associate Staff Scientist),2020年6月升职为研究员(Staff Scientist)。主要科研成就包括:1)首次证实了兆电子伏电子束可应用于气态分子的衍射成像,并实现原子级时间(100飞秒)、空间(0.5埃)分辨率;2)发展了利用兆电子伏超快电子衍射(MeV-UED)拍摄气相“分子电影”的实验范式,并应用该方法成功捕捉锥形交叉处的非绝热过程;3)提出并证实了利用弹性与非弹性电子散射同时观测原子核、电子的超快动力学过程;4)搭建首台针对液相样品的超快电子衍射实验平台。

   2021年3月全职回国,加入清华大学化学系基础分子科学中心。杨杰课题组致力于通过发展最前沿的科学仪器与实验方法学,促进人们对非平衡态分子动力学的深层次理解。主要研究方向包括:1)通过MeV-UED捕捉气相小分子的非绝热动力学过程;2)发展基于MeV-UED的液相样品原子级时空分辨探针,并利用它捕捉溶剂、溶质内的非平衡态结构动力学过程;3)发展基于四波混频或高次谐波的、针对气相有机小分子激发态的时间分辨光电子能谱装置。
